Every Dearlove piece is made to order just for you. Here is what to expect from checkout to unboxing.

Processing time

Because your jewelry is personalized with the birthstones, names, and engravings you choose, please allow 1 to 2 business days for crafting before your order ships.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5 to 9 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and across Europe. On international orders, customs clearance can add a few days beyond the estimate above.

Free delivery on 2 items or more

Delivery is free on every order of 2 items or more, wherever you are. A single item ships for a flat fee shown at checkout (£3.50 in the UK with Royal Mail 1st Class).

Order changes

Need to fix a typo in an engraving or update your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to catch it before production begins.
