Processing time

Because your jewelry is personalized with the birthstones, names, and engravings you choose, please allow 2 to 5 business days for crafting before your order ships.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on all US orders over $75. For orders under $75, the shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Order changes

Need to fix a typo in an engraving or update your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to catch it before production begins.
