1. Our products

We make every effort to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. Because most of our pieces are personalized and handmade to order, small variations in engraving placement, stone shade, and finish are a natural part of the craft and are not defects.

2. Orders and personalization

When you place a personalized order, you are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, spellings, and birthstone selections you submit. Please double-check your personalization before completing checkout. Orders enter production quickly, so changes can only be accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders containing personalization that is offensive, infringing, or unlawful.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time. Payment is collected at checkout through secure, encrypted payment providers. We never store your full card details.

4. Shipping and returns

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, product photos, text, and branding, belongs to Dearlove Jewelry and may not be reproduced without our written permission. See our Intellectual Property Rights page for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dearlove Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
